Condition:For parts or not working

This wheel / rim was on my 84 ATC70. The rim is not factory. The tire is a factory OEM ATC70 OHTSU 16x8-7 has 2 holes in it. It has been patched and slimed. I swapped a rim and a tire. I peeled the patches that where not holding off. Tire is in the rim, but the tire is not beaded (seated) on the rim. Rim works fine. The tire needs repaired. I'm sure someone with more experience with tire patching could patch, but one of the holes is pretty large 1/4" - 3/8" just guessing. Too bad about the punctures because the tire it would make a great usable tire.  The slime will need cleaned off the tire to patch.
