What I have here is a used original gauge cluster & frame assembly correct for ‘69 Chevrolet A-body: Chevelle SS396 Malibu Super Sport 300 El Camino.

Date code January 29, 1969.

Note that this includes the optional electric clock and shift indicator for 3-speed automatic transmission.

Unit is fully intact as shown with no cracks or physical damage; only some light surface rust on back.

Speedometer/odometer work under bench test – clock and gas gauge are untested and not guaranteed to work.  Clock turns with adjustment stem; knob is missing.

Lens has no cracks but shows a couple light scuff/scratches that may polish out.

You may enter your zip code or country into the shipping calculator to find postage costs.

Please email any questions and check out my other auctions for other GM parts and more vintage stuff.  Also be sure to add breakfast_bob to your favorite sellers list, checking back often for rare and interesting parts being listed continuously!

I try to research everything I list for accuracy, but I am not all-knowing and make mistakes, as do my resources – I ask that you understand what it is you’re looking at before bidding.

Especially if that asset is in trouble and an iconic name can be grabbed for a song – or less. Which explains why the names of VW and Giugiaro’s Italdesign are being linked together as the Italian designer appears to seek a car maker to rescue it from the woes of being an independent in these rather troubled times.
