This is an NOS water temperature gauge in the original Ford box, Ford part # C0AF 10970-A. This gauge fits 1958 Ford Galaxie, Sunliner, Starliner and Fairlane passenger cars (see complete list below). This gauge has been tested and is in working condition and has never been installed. GM makes select OnStar services free
Wed, 05 Jun 2013General Motors said on Wednesday that it will make unlocking doors, activating horn and lights, and remote start on equipped vehicles standard with its OnStar RemoteLink Mobile App for 2014 vehicles, even if owners decline to pay for other OnStar services. More than 36 Buicks, Cadillacs, GMC and Chevy models are compatible with the app. GM says it gets more than 60,000 requests from forgetful drivers each month, asking for door-unlock assistance, “so it makes sense for us to offer RemoteLink key-fob services to enable customers to lock, unlock or start their vehicle from anywhere they have a wireless or cellular connection,” said Mary Chan, president GM global connected-consumer business unit.
NHTSA investigates Ford Super Duty for steering problem
Mon, 13 May 2013Federal U.S. safety officials are investigating about 340,000 copies of the 2008 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty pickup trucks for a reported steering problem. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has received five complaints that an internal failure of the steering gear box results in a complete loss of steering control.
