Has the cool insert color-coded lubrication chart.  Fairly clean without a lot of grease smudges as you sometimes see.

The first straight 6 Chrysler cars came out in 1924.  The company formed from Maxwell and Chalmers.  Chrysler was 7th place in sales in 1927. Body styles I think included two passenger roadster (w/o rumble), four passenger roadster (w/rumble), four passenger sedan/saloon, four passenger coupe, phaeton, and seven passenger limousine with divider window.  There may have been others as well.  Model 60 meant it could cruise at 60 mph all day which was considered a racing speed of a mile a minute at that time.

Driving one of these cars was like driving an automatic transmission car.  1st to 2nd gear at about 5 mph, 2nd to 3rd gear at about 10/12 mph and 3rd gear above 12 mph.

The Indy 500 pace car in 1926 was a Chrysler.  Chrysler competed with Cadillac, Lincoln, Packard and Duesenberg in the luxury car field.

Seller packs well and ships promptly.  You will not be disappointed with this old manual.

Audi A3 g-tron revealed

Fri, 01 Mar 2013

Audi has revealed the A3 g-tron Sportback ahead of the Geneva Motor Show, an A3 that runs on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and petrol. The A3 g-tron is powered by a tweaked version of Audi’s 1.4 litre TSI petrol engine which can run on both -gas and petrol, with the A3 g-tron normally using the petrol just for start-up and switching over to e-gas as soon as it’s running. Audi has provided two fillers under a common fuel flap – one for e-gas and one for petrol – with the A3 g-tron producing a total of 108bhp with the dual-fuel setup, enough to power the A3 g-tron to 62mph in 11 seconds.

"Carry-on" engine will power Le Mans racer

Tue, 28 Jan 2014

NISSAN will this year compete in the famous Le Mans 24-hour race using a revolutionary 1.5-litre, 400bhp engine that’s small enough to qualify as carry-on luggage. The astonishing new technology produces more power per kilogram of engine weight than the 2014 Formula 1 engines, and what’s more it’s set to lead to road car technology. And while the engine block is too heavy to take onto a plane as hand luggage, its 50cm height, 40cm length and 20cm width makes it small enough.
