GM-CDN Interactive Competition Update

The GM-CDN Interactive Competition is in full flow, and by the time you read this, over 50 entries will have been uploaded to the competition site. We encourage all of our readers to head over to the Car Design Contest page to see what's going on and participate. If you're a design student in North America, make sure you get your entry in as the interior phase of the competition closes soon.

2014 Mazda 3 five-door revealed

Mazda has gained a fair amount of traction with its fuel-efficient Skyactiv technology, which was first fully implemented in production on the CX-5 compact crossover, followed by the 2014 Mazda 6 midsize sedan. However, unlike the CX-5 and 6, the Mazda 3, the company's best-selling vehicle, only enjoyed a mild Skyactiv makeover for the 2012 model year with the 2.0-liter Skyactiv engine and transmissions being made available on the second-generation model. This meant the 3 would have to wait until an all-new generation debuted to enjoy the entire suite of Skyactiv equipment, including the lighter-weight chassis, body and suspension.

New Citroen DS5 Cinemagraphs: Citroen UK gets arty

New Citroen DS5 Cinemagraph The new Citroen DS5 is rapidly heading towards a showroom near you after its production-ready debut at Frankfurt in December (and its first UK viewing at the Top Gear Live shows this month). So Citroen UK has decided they need to push the marketing on a bit in the run-up to the DS5 actually arriving in the UK and have had a set of  ’Cinemagraphs’ created of the new DS5. What’s a Cinemagraph, you may well ask?
