It mates a V12 petrol engine with a brace of electric motors - one to drive the car's ancillary systems like cooling and power assistance, and the larger one to drive the rear wheels. More than 120 British drivers have been the victims of sneaky thefts on the AP-7 motorway near Barcelona, according to the AA.
